Gabriella Goddard is the CEO of the Space Leadership Academy with over 20 years of experience in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching working with multinationals and entrepreneurs across the globe. She specializes in the fast-growing space sector and is an alumni of the International Space University. She is also a member of the UK Space Agency’s LEO Accelerator program. Gabriella regularly writes articles on leadership and innovation for Forbes and is the Founder of the Brainsparker App, a top-ranking creativity app. She is also the best-selling author of “Gulp!: The 7-day crash course to master fear and break through any challenge.”

Mark Sirangelo

Mark Sirangelo

Mark is currently the Scholar in Residence for the University of Colorado. He is the former Chairman of the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Innovation Board providing future innovation advice to the office of the Secretary of Defense and the former Chair of the DOD’s Space Advisory Committee.

Previously he completed an assignment as Special Assistant to the NASA Administrator helping to develop NASA’s return to the Moon and Moon to Mars plans.

Mark was the founding executive and head of Sierra Nevada Corporation’s Space Systems. Mark has led teams which have managed billions of dollars of aerospace and technology development programs for in excess of 300 missions and programs.

He has served in the Governor’s Cabinet as the Chief Innovation Officer of the State of Colorado and is now the Colorado Governor’s appointee to the Colorado Energy Research Collaboratory.

Corporate and personal awards include NASA/Space Foundation’s Technology Hall of Fame, Fast Company Top 10 Most Innovative Space Companies, Ernst &Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Inc. Magazine’s top 200 companies. He holds Doctorate, MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees. He has also been scientifically published, served as an officer in the US Military, has had a successful artistic career and is a licensed pilot.

Courtney Stadd is Founder/President, Capitol Alliance Solutions, LLC, a Washington-DC based management consulting firm whose clients include a wide range of pioneering commercial space actors.For nearly 40 years, Stadd’s career path has been a mix of senior government leadership and corporate executive jobs – primarily focused on encouraging the removal of policy and regulatory barriers to the emergence of a competitive American-led commercial space marketplace, as well as business development strategies to generate revenue for early-stage space ventures. He has held multiple senior positions at the US Department of Commerce, the US Department of Transportation, the White House, and worked directly for three NASA Administrators, including as Chief of Staff/White House Liaison.

As Senior Director, White House National Space Council, he helped draft numerous Presidential directives encouraging a competitive commercial space industry, including commercial space guidelines which have governed executive agency use of commercial space products and services for over 30 years.

Stadd is a member of the Washington Space Business Roundtable Board of Directors and Chair, Programs, 2020-2022. He was appointed Chair, Aerospace Industries Association Civil Space Committee, 2022. He also Vice President, Beyond Earth Institute. He is a long-time adviser to the UN NGO, Space Week Association. Mr. Stadd was selected to participate in NASA’s Oral History series.
